Abstract

this article analyzes the essence of entrepreneurial law, its role in economic development, mechanisms of Legal Regulation and current issues in practice. Also, legislative reforms aimed at the development of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan and legal guarantees created by the state are studied.
