IMPROVEMENT OF THE CENTRAL BANK'S COMPULSORY RESERVE POLICY

This article analyzes the theoretical basis for improving the policy of mandatory reserves of the central bank and its importance in modern economic conditions. Mandatory reserves are an important tool for the central bank in ensuring the liquidity of the banking system, controlling inflation and supporting economic stability. The article covers the main tasks of the policy of mandatory reserves, such principles as setting the necessary amount for its banks and regulating its location.
Also included are new approaches to improving the policy of mandatory reserves in modern economic conditions, such as dynamically setting the amount of reserves, applying technological innovations (blockchain, artificial intelligence), ensuring financial stability and maintaining excess reserves for extreme cases. The article discusses the importance of compulsory Reserve policies in ensuring economic stability, as well as the main problems encountered in improving strategies implemented by central banks. The study develops proposals in the direction of maintaining the stability of the economic system, increasing the efficiency of banking activities and protecting against global economic crises.
