CORRELATION AND INTERCONNECTION OF THE CONCEPTS WORD AND CONCEPT IN MODERN RESEARCH

The article highlights the issue with the way that concept and word – or more specifically, word's lexical meaning – are related to one another. In this context, different perspectives on how to distinguish between concepts and work in contemporary science are highlighted. The essay also attempts to highlight the unique characteristics of a term and a concept by taking into account the opinions of different linguists. Characterized is the concepts cognitive come as a meaningful unit of the conceptual system and human memory. The study showed that consciousness and cognition are based on a particular distinction between the terms concept and word.
