Abstract

Trichoderma spp. — o‘zining yuqori adaptivlik qobiliyati, fiziologik faolligi va mikrobiologik diversifikatsiyasi bilan ajralib turuvchi, ekologik jihatdan muhim bo‘lgan saprofit zamburug‘lar guruhidir. Ular rizosferadagi mikrobial muvozanatni shakllantirish, o‘simliklarning o‘sishi va immun javobini faollashtirish, shuningdek, o‘simlik patogenlariga qarshi bionazoratni ta’minlashda strategik rol o‘ynaydi. Trichoderma turlari tomonidan sintez qilinadigan hujayra devorini parchalovchi fermentlar (masalan, xitinaza va glukanazalar), antibakterial va antifungal ikkilamchi metabolitlar, shuningdek, signal molekulalari orqali hosil bo‘ladigan kompleks o‘zaro ta’sirlar o‘simlik–patogen–mikroorganizmlar tizimining barqarorligini belgilaydi. Trichodermaning ekologik xavfsizligi, selektiv faolligi va ko‘p funksiyali xususiyatlari uni biologik nazorat vositasi sifatida qishloq xo‘jaligida integratsiyalashgan yondashuvlarda samarali qo‘llash imkonini beradi. Shunga qaramay, ayrim agroximik vositalar, ayniqsa fungitsidlar, Trichoderma spp. ning hayotiyligi va faoliyatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin, bu esa kelajakda kombinatsiyalangan strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishni zarur qiladi.
