Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mehmonxona va restoran sohasida hodimlarni samarali jalb qilish hamda ularni boshqarishning zamonaviy usullari yoritilgan. Asosiy e’tibor xodim tanlash, motivatsiya berish, kasbiy o‘sish imkoniyatlarini yaratish va samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini ta’minlashda inson resurslari boshqaruvining roli tahlil qilinadi.
