EXPERIENCES IN DEVELOPING COMPETITIVE INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CENTERS

This article examines the role of international logistics centers in global trade and transport systems, highlighting the factors that ensure their competitiveness. Drawing on the experiences of Singapore, Germany, China, and the UAE, the study analyzes key mechanisms in the establishment of successful logistics hubs. A comparative assessment is provided using World Bank, UNCTAD, and OECD statistics. Finally, practical recommendations are proposed for Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries to strengthen their positions in global logistics chains.
