Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada davlat boshqaruvida nomarkazlashtirish tiziming o’rni borasidagi fikr va mulohazalar, jahon tajribasi asosidagi tadqiqotlar va shu bilan birga nomarkazlashtirish jarayoniga ta’sir etuvchi tashqi va ichki omillar ko’rib chiqiladi. Maqolada markazsizlashtirishning afzalliklari, markazsizlashtirishning korruptsiyaga ta'siri, uning dasturlarini samarali loyihalash va tashkil etish kabi munosabatlar tahlil etilgan.
