Ushbu maqolada davlatning mehnat bozorini tartibga solishdagi siyosatlari va ularning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Mehnat bozoridagi davlat aralashuvi ishchilarni himoya qilish, ish o‘rinlarini yaratish, mehnat sharoitlarini yaxshilash va ijtimoiy tenglikni ta’minlash kabi maqsadlarga qaratilgan. Davlat tomonidan amalga oshiriladigan mehnat qonunchiligi, ish haqi, ish bilan ta’minlash dasturlari va gender tengligini ta’minlash siyosatlari jamiyatda barqarorlik va farovonlikni oshiradi. Maqolada davlatning mehnat bozoriga aralashuvi va uning mehnat resurslarini samarali taqsimlashdagi ahamiyati ko‘rsatilgan. Shuningdek, ish bozoridagi yangi trendlarga, jumladan, raqamli ishlash va masofaviy ishlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlashga doir davlat siyosatining roli ham tahlil qilinadi.
