Abstract

Ushbu maqolada DNK reparatsiyasi jarayonlari, ularning organizm genetik barqarorligini saqlashdagi roli va asosiy mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. DNK reparatsiyasi hujayraning irsiy axborotini himoya qilish va mutatsiyalarni oldini olishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Tadqiqot davomida DNK reparatsiyasining turli mexanizmlari, jumladan, baza ekssizion, nukleotid ekssizion, homolog rekombinatsiya va bevosita tuzatish mexanizmlari tahlil qilindi. Ushbu jarayonlarning buzilishi turli kasalliklar, jumladan saraton va neyrodegenerativ kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkinligi qayd etilgan.
