Abstract

So’nggi yillarda aptamerlar turli sohalarda, ayniqsa, biotexnologiya va tibbiyotda katta e’tibor qozonmoqda. Aptamerlar antikorlarga muqobil bo’lib, yuqori barqarorlik, arzon narx va cheksiz qo’llanilish imkoniyatlariga ega. Ushbu maqolada aptamerlarning diagnostikadagi ahamiyati, SELEX texnologiyasi orqali tanlab olinishi va ularning tibbiyotda qo’llanishi batafsil tahlil qilinadi.
