Abstract

Zamonaviy chorvachilikda yem-xashak hayvonlar salomatligi va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ta’sir qiluvchi muhim omildir. So‘nggi o‘n yilda talabning ortishi, xom ashyo taqchilligi va COVID-19 inqirozi ozuqa narxining oshishiga olib keldi, bu esa fermerlar uchun iqtisodiy bosimni kuchaytirdi. Shu sababli, chorvachilikning barqarorligi va mahsuldorligini oshirish uchun muqobil ozuqa manbalarining ozuqaviy qiymatini o‘rganish va qayta ishlash texnologiyalarini takomillashtirish zarur.
