Ushbu maqolada Brucella abortus bakteriyasini oziq muhitlarda yetishtirish usullari bo‘yicha mavjud ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilingan. Brutselyoz – qoramollarda uchraydigan, zoonoz tabiatga ega xavfli infeksion kasallik bo‘lib, uning aniqlanishi uchun laboratoriya sharoitida qo‘zg‘atuvchini izolyatsiya qilish zarur. Adabiyotlar tahlili asosida, Brucella qo‘zg‘atuvchisini o‘stirishda eng samarali natijani TSA + zardobli muhitlar bergani aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, kontaminatsiya xavfi mavjudligi sababli selektiv muhitlar, xususan Farrell muhiti ham muhim o‘rin tutadi. Maqolada turli oziq muhitlarning afzallik va kamchiliklari solishtirilib, ularning amaliy laboratoriya sharoitlarida qo‘llanilishi bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan. Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasining veterinariya laboratoriyalari sharoitini hisobga olgan holda, maqola brutselyoz tashxisini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan.
