Ushbu maqolada algoritmlash kompetentligining zamonaviy nazariy asoslari va uning strukturaviy modeli yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida nazariy tahlil, xorijiy ta’lim tizimlari tajribasini komparativ o‘rganish, strukturaviy yondashuv asosida model ishlab chiqish hamda kuzatuv va kontent-tahlil usullari qo‘llanildi. Natijada algoritmlash kompetentligining nazariy, amaliy va shaxsiy-metakognitiv bloklari aniqlandi hamda ularning o‘zaro bog‘lanishini ifodalovchi strukturaviy model taklif qilindi. Model kognitiv, operatsion, refleksiv va kommunikativ komponentlarni qamrab olib, o‘quvchilarning nafaqat bilim va ko‘nikmalarini, balki ijodiy fikrlash hamda jamoada ishlash qobiliyatini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Muhokama qismida natijalar xalqaro tadqiqotlar bilan solishtirildi va modelning pedagogik ahamiyati hamda ta’limiy qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi. Xulosa sifatida, algoritmlash kompetentligini rivojlantirishni zamonaviy ta’limning muhim vazifalaridan biri sifatida belgilash va taklif etilgan modelni amaliyotga joriy etish istiqbollari asoslab berildi.
