Abstract

Mazkur maqolada emotsional intellekt tushunchasining mohiyati, ta’lim jarayonidagi ahamiyati va ta’siri atroflicha yoritilgan. O‘quvchilar va o‘qituvchilarning emotsional intellekti ta’limning sifati va natijadorligiga qanday ta’sir etishi tahlil qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, emotsional intellektni rivojlantirish yo‘llari va ularni ta’lim tizimiga joriy etish muhimligi asoslantirilgan. Maqolada keltirilgan fikrlar zamonaviy ta’limda shaxsiy va ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi.
