This article analyzes the interactions between the agricultural and industrial sectors. The agricultural sector is the raw material source of industry, encouraging manufacturing and technological innovation, while industry provides agriculture with the necessary tools and technologies. The article examines the role of the links between these two sectors in economic diversification, efficiency, competitiveness and supporting the local economy. It is also argued that the interaction between agriculture and industry is important in ensuring economic growth and stability.
