This article stipulates that commercial banks, insurance organizations, joint-stock companies, and large tax-paying enterprises operating in our Republic must prepare their financial reports on the basis of the IAS. This serves to justify the confidence of foreign and future investors and creditors. Based on this, one of the urgent issues of today is the correct preparation of financial reports and their reliable presentation to relevant users.
