Abstract

This paper is dedicated to analyzing the labor market and competition in the IT sector. It examines the role of information technology (IT) in economic growth and competitiveness, the balance between demand and supply in the labor market, as well as the issues of skilled labor shortages and job creation in the IT field. The paper also explores the increasing competition in the IT sector globally and locally, focusing on technological innovations, the creation of new job opportunities, and the demand for specific professions. It discusses the potential opportunities and threats that may arise for IT professionals in the future, along with recommendations for easing competition in the labor market and improving the skills of IT specialists.
