This article examines the importance, basic principles and effective methods of identifying needs and goals in the process of communication. It allows you to understand the goals of the interlocutor and his social, personal or professional requirements by identifying needs in communication. The article analyzes the difference between needs and goals, how they are reflected in communication, as well as what approaches are needed to set effective goals in communication.
