In this article, we will consider the concept of infrastructure as an economic category and some of its scientific and theoretical foundations. The role of infrastructure in the field of entrepreneurship and its impact on the business environment is also theoretically investigated. The article mainly approaches the issue using scientific methods of scientific abstraction and the unity of rationality and historicity, and mentions as recommendations some aspects that should be paid attention to when developing infrastructure in the regions.
