This article will study the stabilization of the banking sector of Uzbekistan, focusing on the latest reforms and strategies in perspective. It describes the historical conditions of Uzbekistan's transition to the current trend of liberalization aimed at increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of state-controlled banks. The main problems facing the sector include public ownership, non-working Loans, Limited financial inclusiveness and insufficient capitalization. In response, the Government of Uzbekistan initiated reforms such as privatization, attracting foreign investment, strengthening regulatory documents, encouraging digitization and supporting financing of small and medium-sized businesses. In addition to the advantages of foreign banks bringing experience and capital, the role of the central bank in the introduction of international standards and stabilization of the economy is emphasized. The article concludes with a promising perspective, emphasizing the importance of management, digital transformation, financial literacy and foreign direct investment for a sustainable and sustainable banking sector. This analysis provides an insight into how a sustainable banking environment can spur economic growth and modernization in Uzbekistan.
