Abstract

This article covers the state of development of gastronomic tourism in our country, its role in the country's tourism industry and its impact on the economy. The study analyzes the uniqueness of the national dishes of our people, their close connection with historical and cultural values, as well as the main gastronomic destinations that attract the attention of foreign tourists. A comparative analysis with public policy, marketing strategies and international experiences aimed at developing this tourism direction was also given. The article concludes with suggestions and recommendations for further increasing the potential of gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan.
