This article reflects the attention given by the state to the system of higher education in our country, its decrees aimed at further development of the system personally by our president, and information about the ideas put forward in it. In addition, the credit system in the higher education system and its views on the organization of independent work of students, its forms, the state of the day, on the effective organization of independent work of students by many scientists are covered. The institute provides information on the organization of independent work of students, their application in the exact discipline.
