The family is one of the greatest values that humanity has created in the entire history of existence. No people, no cultural society could live without a family. Society and the state are interested in its positive development, preservation and strengthening. Everyone, regardless of age, needs a strong, reliable family. However, there is no family outside the community, outside the state. This is a kind of mirror image of society. The facts of rude and cruel treatment about domestic violence are not separate, accidental and situational, but rather about regular, systematic and constantly repeated situations.
