Abstrak

Shubhasiz, davlat kichik va o'rta biznesni qo'llab-quvvatlovchi infratuzilmaga sezilarli ta'sir ko'rsatadi va davlat bu ta'sirning asosi bo'lib xizmat qiladi. Hozirda infratuzilmani rivojlantirish agentliklarining tarkibiy qismlari qanday ishlashini muvofiqlashtirish va boshqarish uchun taklif etilayotgan qonunlar, dasturlar va farmoyishlar ishlab chiqilmoqda. Shu bilan birga, hududlarda infratuzilmani rivojlantirish loyihalari qonun chiqaruvchi organlar tomonidan boshqariladi va ijro etuvchi organlar ko'bni rivojlantirish sohasidagi davlat siyosatini amalga oshirishda bevosita yoki bilvosita ishtirok etadilar, bu ularni infratuzilma institutlari deb hisoblash huquqiga ega.
