Abstract

Ushbu tezis CRISPR/Cas9 vositasining biotibbiyot fanlari, xususan, gen terapiyasi sohasidagi qo'llanilishini yoritishga qaratilgan va CRISPR/Cas9 mexanizmi yordamida hal qilinayotgan ko'plab kasalliklarning bir nechtasi bilan bog'liq tushuncha va gen terapiyasi sifatida ushbu dasturning tendentsiyalari, muvaffaqiyatlari va muammolari muhokama qilinadi. CRISPR-Cas9 texnologiyasi gen tahrirlash sohasida inqilobiy yutuq bo‘lib, aniq, samarali va nisbatan arzon usul sifatida genetik muammolarni hal qilishda keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Ushbu texnologiya tibbiyotda irsiy kasalliklarni davolash, saraton terapiyasi, virusli infektsiyalarga qarshi kurash va regenerativ tibbiyotda katta ahamiyat kasb etadi. CRISPR yordamida gen mutatsiyalarini tuzatish, dorilarga chidamlilikni o‘rganish va hujayra terapiyasini takomillashtirish imkoni yaratilmoqda. Shuningdek, texnologiyaning bioetik va xavfsizlik jihatlari ham muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, ularning tahlili tibbiy amaliyotda CRISPRdan foydalanish imkoniyatlarini yanada kengaytirishga xizmat qiladi. Ushbu ishda CRISPR texnologiyasining tamoyillari, tibbiyotdagi ilovalari va kelajakdagi istiqbollari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
