Abstract

Digital transformation refers to the integration of digital technologies into all areas of business, using these technologies to create or modify business processes, cultures, and customer experiences in accordance with evolving business and market requirements. It goes beyond traditional roles like sales, marketing, and customer service. The rapid adoption of technologies during the pandemic accelerated digital integration in the restaurant industry. This paper discusses how digital transformation improves efficiency, enhances customer experiences, and ensures competitiveness in the restaurant sector. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and interactive displays are becoming essential tools for improving service quality. The study also highlights the significance of mobile applications, self-service kiosks, and digital signage in optimizing restaurant operations and customer satisfaction. A model for improving service enterprise efficiency through a risk management system based on logarithmic and integral methods is proposed.
