This article analyzes the role of small and medium-sized businesses in the economy of industries. Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) play an important role in the development of economic growth, innovation introduction, new job creation, competitiveness and local economies in various sectors of the economy of industries. The article also analyzes issues affecting the development of KOB's, such as financial constraints, legal and administrative barriers, and personnel shortages. The role of the state in supporting small and medium-sized businesses and the need to develop effective policies for the development of Kobs is discussed.
