Abstract

This article analyzes the advantages, practical applications and effectiveness of Agile methodology in the software development process. Agile's approach has been compared to traditional models, revealing its possibilities for managing projects in a fast and flexible way. The article also provides a practical analysis based on surveys conducted between industry professionals and IT companies.
