THE IMPORTANCE OF SPIN-OFF ENTERPRISES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM

This research is aimed at studying the role, economic and social impact of spin-off enterprises in the higher education system, their development mechanisms and opportunities and obstacles in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The study was based on the IMRAD model. Theoretical literature, international experiments and the activities of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan were analyzed. The results showed that spin-off enterprises turn universities into an innovative ecosystem Center, a key mechanism in commercializing scientific results. At the same time, a number of issues have been identified as important, such as strengthening the legal and regulatory framework, development of venture capital and mentoring systems.
