Abstract

Understanding the ways in which the somewhat complex mechanisms of the current market economy work will help management psychology to find the right way for it to be able to function successfully. This article highlights the development of self-awareness, the formation of managerial abilities, the transformation of people's lives in a significant way through the decision-making of such high feelings as national consciousness, helping to make each work effective and meaningful. It is only through a thorough mastery of the basics of management psychology that it is possible to form in each person high feelings, a positive attitude to work, social activity, feelings of comfort.
