Abstract

Annotatsiya: Mazkur tezisda inson salomatligi va hayot faoliyati uchun muhim bo‘lgan biologik faol moddalar - vitaminlar haqida umumiy tushuncha berilgan. Vitaminlarning tabiiy va sun’iy yo‘l bilan olinishi, ularning turlari, organizmdagi funksiyalari hamda yetishmovchiligi oqibatida yuzaga keladigan kasalliklar haqida ma’lumotlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, vitaminlarni biotexnologik usullar bilan olish yo‘llari, xususan, mikrobiologik sintez orqali vitamin ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalari keng yoritilgan. Turli xil mikroorganizmlar - bakteriyalar, zamburug‘lar va achitqilar yordamida B guruh vitaminlari, C vitamini, riboflavin, biotin kabi birikmalarni olishning afzalliklari va iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Ushbu tadqiqot vitaminlarni sanoat miqyosida ishlab chiqarish jarayonini chuqur o‘rganish va ularning sifatini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
