O'zbekiston hududida doimiy ekiladigan ekin turlari paxta, bug'doy kabi o'simliklardir. Ularni yaxshi va sifatli qilib yetishtirishda turli kimyoviy moddalardan foydalaniladi. Bu esa yerni turli kimyoviy zararlanishga olib keladi. O'zbekiton yerlarini kimyoviy zararlanishdan asrash uchun Biotexnologik usullardan foydalanish samarali hisoblanadi. Ya'ni bakteri turlari yoki ularning turli shtaplari va biotexnologik usulda bioremidatsiya va boshqa usullar.
