This article explores the types of coping strategies that manifest in stressful situations during adolescence and their relationship to socio-psychological factors. The study analyzes adolescent interactions with patterns of coping with problem situations (cognitive, emotional, behavioral copings) as well as personality traits (self-confidence, social support, flexibility). Based on empirical results, proposals have been developed to develop healthy coping strategies for adolescents.
