In this article we will talk about one of the well-known areas of psychology, the psychodrama. Psychodrama is a type of therapy that seeks to solve problems through theatrical presentation. The therapist analyzes the performances of the participants to determine the correct direction of movement. Romanian psychiatrist Jacob Levi Moreno put forward the idea that it is therapeutic to show us what happens to us. In this article, we will find out how this can help you solve problems.
