THE ROLE OF THE STATE IN THE REGULATION OF THE ECONOMY: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL APPROACHES

The article examines various theoretical approaches to the management of the economy, including classical, Keynesian, monetarist and institutional approaches. Also, the methods of regulation of economic activity of the state through regulation, fiscal policy, monetary policy and social policy are analyzed. An important role of the state is shown in maintaining balance between the state and the market and ensuring economic stability. The article provides views and suggestions on state intervention in the economy from a scientific and practical point of view.
