Abstract

CRISPR-Cas9 texnologiyasi mikroalgalar genomini aniq tahrirlash uchun istiqbolli vosita bo‘lib, bioyoqilg‘i, farmatsevtika va sanoat uchun muhim xomashyo olish imkonini beradi. Ushbu texnologiya gen ekspressiyasini boshqarish, kerakli biomolekulalar ishlab chiqarishni oshirish va sanoat biotexnologiyasi uchun mikroalgalarni optimallashtirishda samarali bo‘lib, Chlorella vulgaris misolida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, CRISPR orqali gen tahririning samaradorligini oshirish, metabolizmni chuqurroq tushunish va ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini takomillashtirish zarurati muhokama qilinadi. Mikroalgalarni genetik modifikatsiya qilish orqali bioyoqilg‘i, oziq-ovqat, farmatsevtika va kosmetika sanoatlari uchun yangi istiqbollar ochilmoqda.
