Abstract

Zamonaviy biotibbiyotning eng istiqbolli yo‘nalishlaridan biri bu o‘zak hujayralar texnologiyasidir. O‘zak hujayralar organizmning turli to‘qimalarini tiklash va yangilash qobiliyatiga ega bo‘lib, ularni regenerativ tibbiyotda keng qo‘llash imkonini beradi. Bu hujayralarning noyob xususiyati shundan iboratki, ular o‘z-o‘zidan ko‘payish va turli hujayra turlariga aylanish qobiliyatiga ega. Bu esa ularni gen terapiya, organ transplantatsiyasi va shaxsiy tibbiyotda muhim vositaga aylantiradi. Ushbu tezisda o’zak hujayralar haqida, ularni olish texnologiyasi va tibbiyotda qo‘llash usullari to‘g‘risida qisqacha ma’lumotlar bayon etiladi.
