Neyrodegenerativ kasallik Parkinsonning rivojlanishida neyronlarning apoptotik yo‘qolishi muhim muammo bo‘lib, interleykinlarning ushbu jarayondagi ishtiroki hali to‘liq o‘rganilmagan. Ushbu maqolada Parkinson kasalligini keltirib chiqarishda IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 yoki IL-17 kabi yallig‘lanish va neyrodegeneratsiyaga ta’sir qiluvchi interleykinlar turlarni aniqlash hamda Kalamush modeliga Parkinson kasalligini o‘rganishda juda samarali neyroinflamatsiya va apoptotik jarayonlarni baholash uchun, tadqiqotda MPTP (1-Metil-4-fenil-1,2,3,6-tetrahidropiridin) va 6-OHDA (6-Hidroksidopamin) kabi neyrotoksinlardan foydalanish haqida manbalar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, interleykin darajalarini ELISA yoki RT-PCR orqali aniqlash haqida ham ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.
