USING SWOT ANALYSIS IN ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

One of the most common ways to comprehensively assess the state of a company is SWOT analysis. This article will reveal the methodology for conducting SWOT analysis, list the parameters that should be given special attention and give examples of standard matrices used in its implementation. One of the most common methods that comprehensively assess the internal and external factors affecting the development of the company can be called SWOT analysis.
