Abstract

Nowadays, in society, in enterprises, organizations, in general, in any place where there is human resources, their management and development requires innovation and innovation in a continuous way. It is innovation that gives organizations an advantage in the fight against their competitors. Also, innovation should be understood as innovation, which ensures an increase in the efficiency and quality of resources and products. Innovation is the final result of a person's intellectual activity. As a result of the rapid development of time, it is necessary to constantly support and implement innovations, innovative processes, since day after day the needs of a person are changing. To form an environment that supports innovative processes, the enterprise needs, first of all, experienced and creative personnel. Finding such human resources, recruiting, harmonizing with the enterprise environment, creating suitable conditions for its continuous development are the main activities of the manager of enterprises and organizations engaged in Human Resource Management.
