Gen terapiyasi – bu genetik kasalliklarni davolash yoki oldini olish maqsadida DNK yoki RNKni o‘zgartirishga asoslangan innovatsion biotibbiyot yo‘nalishidir. Ushbu maqolada gen terapiyasining fizik va kimyoviy usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Fizik usullar orasida elektroporatsiya, mikroin‘eksiyalar va ultratovush yordami bilan yetkazish kabi texnologiyalar tahlil qilinadi. Kimyoviy usullarga esa liposoma va polimer tashuvchilar orqali gen yetkazish usullari kiradi. Ushbu usullar gen materialining hujayralarga samarali va xavfsiz yetkazilishini ta’minlashga qaratilgan bo‘lib, ularning haqida ma‘lumot berilgan.
