Abstract

Ushbu tezisda gen muhandisligi asosida olingan antivirus preparatining tirik organizmdagi roli hamda interferon preparatlarining antiproliferativ faollikga ega ekanligi va ular nafaqat virus infeksiyasi uchun, balki saratonga chalinganda asosiy himoya oqsili sifatida tanilishi shuningdek, mikroorganizmlar ishtirokida ishlab chiqarilishida aynan maqsadli hujayra va gen injeneriyasi asosida olingan recombinant DNK olishning aynan erkin monomerlarning funktsiyasini o‘zgartirish asosidagi ilg‘or texnologiyalari muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.
