Abstract

Chlorella vulgaris (yashil suv o'tlari) kabi mikrosuv o'simliklari foydali mikroskopik organizmlar bo'lib, ular o'simliklarning ozuqa moddalarini qabul qilishini, o'sishini va stress omillariga abiotik bardoshliligini yaxshilashga yordam beradi. Ushbu tezisda suv o’tlaridan ajratib olingan mikroalglar o’simlik bargiga qo'llanilishi qurg'oqchilikning zararli ta'sirini yumshatib, mikroalglar qo'llamagan qurg'oqchilikdan stressli o'simliklar bilan solishtirganda yaxshi o'sish ko'rsatkichlariga olib kelganligi borasidagi tadqiqotlar tahlil qilingan. Mikroalglar vositachiligidagi foydali ta'sirlar, ayniqsa, xlorofil-a (6% -60%), xlorofil-b (19% -55%) va jami karotenoidlarni (26% -114%) o'z ichiga olgan fotosintetik pigment tarkibini yaxshilashda aniq bo'ldi.
