Ushbu tezisda qishloq xo‘jaligida organik o‘g‘itlarning makkajo‘xori rivojlanishiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Makkajo‘xori urug‘lariga Azotobacter chrocoocum, Bacillus circulans, gumin kislotasi (HA) va ularning kombinatsiyasi makkajo‘xorining o‘sishi va hosildorligini oshirish hamda kimyoviy o‘g‘itlarga bo‘lgan ehtiyojni amaytirish maqsadida ishlov berildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, bioo‘g‘it aralashmasini (Azotobacter chrocoocum va Bacillus circulans) organik o‘g‘itlar bilan birgalikda qo‘llash makkajo‘xori o‘sishi, hosildorligi va ozuqa moddalarining o‘zlashtirilishini yaxshilagan.
