Abstract

Ushbu tezis Pseudomonas spp. shtammlarining Fusarium graminearum ga qarshi biologik nazorat mexanizmlari o‘rganildi. Pseudomonas shtammlari antifungal xususiyatga ega bo‘lib, siderofor, indol-3-sirka kislotasi (IAA) va ACC deaminaza ishlab chiqarish orqali makkajo‘xori o‘simliklarini himoya qilishga yordam beradi. In vitro tajribalar natijasida Pseudomonas shtammlari F. graminearumning o’sishini sezilarli darajada o’zgartirishi aniqlangan. Ushbu natijalar Pseudomonas bakteriyalarining biologik fungitsid sifatida istiqbolli ekanligini ko’rsatdi.
