Lactobacillus bakteriyasi haqida qiziqarli ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Lactobacillus bakteriyalari qishloq xo'jaligida va oziq-ovqat sanoatida muhim rol o'ynaydi. Ular nafaqat o'simliklarning o'sishini rag'batlantirish, balki kasalliklar va zararkunandalarga qarshi himoya qilishda ham yordam beradi. Shuningdek, ular ekologik jihatdan xavfsiz va atrof-muhitga zarar keltirmaydigan mikroorganizmlar sifatida e'tirof etiladi.
