Abstract

Plastik chiqindilar atrof-muhitga katta zarar yetkazmoqda, chunki ularning tabiiy sharoitda parchalanishi juda uzoq davom etadi. Ushbu tezisda shuni koʻrsatadiki, Ideonella sakaiensis bakteriyasi polietilentereftalat (PET) plastmassasini fermentlar yordamida parchalay olishi haqida keltirilgan. Bundan tashqari, Pestalotiopsis microspora zamburugʻi ham kislorodsiz muhitda plastikni yemirish xususiyatiga ega. Ushbu maqolada plastik chiqindilarni kamaytirish va parchalanish jarayonini tezlashtirishda biotexnologik usullarning roli yoritiladi.
