Abstract

This article analyzes the main trends in the field of modern labor relations and workforce management. Issues of ensuring the mental and physical well-being of workers, social protection systems and the introduction of innovations in the labor environment are considered. The article also analyzes how the demand for Labor is changing as a result of digital technologies and automation processes. On the basis of these topics, current factors affecting the personnel management strategies of organizations are analyzed and new trends are expressed.
