Abstract

Biodegradatsiya – mikroorganizmlar tomonidan murakkab organik va ayrim noorganik moddalarni oddiyroq tarkibiy qismlarga parchalanish jarayonidir. Ushbu jarayon atrof-muhitni tozalash va chiqindilarni qayta ishlashda katta ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tezisda biodegradativ mikroorganizmlarning ahamiyati, ularning fermentativ faolligi haqida so’z yuritiladi.  Mikroorganizmlar chiqindilarni parchalaydigan asosiy biologik agentlar hisoblanib, bioremediatsiya va kompostlash kabi texnologiyalar orqali ekologik muhitni yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi. Mikroorganizmlarning genetik modifikatsiyasi va sanoat chiqindilariga moslashtirilgan maxsus shtammlarni yaratish orqali biodegradatsiya jarayonining samaradorligini oshirish mumkin.
