Siydik organizmdagi metabolik jarayonlarning yakuniy mahsuloti bo’lib, uning tarkubi inson sog’lig’i holatini aks ettiradi. Siydik tarkibining o’zgarishi turli kasalliklarning, xususan, buyrak yetishmovchiligi, qandli diabet, infeksiyalar va boshqa patologiyalarning muhim belgilaridan biri hisoblanadi. Zamonaviy laboratoriya diognostikasida siydik tahlili yordamida kasalliklarni erta aniqlash mumkin. Ushbu tezisda siydik tarkibining o’zgarishiga tasir etuvchi omillar,patologik holatlar bilan bog’liq o’zgarishlar, ilmiy tadqiqotlar va tahli metodiklari keng ko’rib chiqiladi.
